S. LeNeaveCortney S. LeNeave is a shareholder at Hunegs, LeNeave & Kvas, P.A. in Minneapolis. He
is a nationally-recognized trial lawyer with extensive
experience in State and Federal Courts across the country. His
successes include cases involving severe spinal injuries,
wrongful death, products liability, FELA – railroad related
injury cases, interstate trucking collisions, toxic exposures,
airplane crashes and train disasters. He has obtained one of
the largest FELA settlements in the
State of Minnesota - six million dollars - on behalf of his
client. He also recently obtained a verdict in excess of seven
million dollars in Hennepin County for injuries sustained by a
minor child.

William Kvas
is a nationally recognized trial lawyer, who has devoted his
legal career to assisting injured individuals, appearing as
counsel in nearly forty states. Over 2,000 railroaders have
turned to him for assistance with injury claims. He
pioneered occupational disease litigation for railroaders in
the 1980s and 1990s. Kvas lectures at Continuing Legal
Education courses, teaching trial strategy and courtroom
skills to other lawyers. He graduated from the University
of Minnesota with a Juris Doctor degree and devoted his
entire career to the assisting the victims of accidents.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of American) as well as the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was named as a “Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics journal.
