Whistleblower Protection

Individuals are protected from retaliation for reporting safety or security violations. 

It is a violation for an employer to take unfavorable personnel action against an employee because they engaged in protected activity relating to workplace safety and health.  We can help workers file a complaint with OSHA if their employer retaliates against them.
